Portland condos are on the rebound. The summer of 2011 saw increases in condo prices and decreases in inventory. It looks to me like the South Waterfront has bottomed out and the Pearl District is gradually absorbing excess inventory. It is a great time to pick up short sales at bargain prices. For example, I currently have a listing at The Avenue Lofts that sold for about 330K in 2006, and now it is $229,900. Wow.
